Our training centers itself around the core element of communication. We do not tie ourselves to any single approach when working with your dog. We utilize the full range of operant conditioning quadrants, allowing us the flexibility to meet each and every dog that comes into our program with their own custom and individualized training plan.  

We utilize any and all tools available; including but not limited to leashes, slip leashes, prong collars, e-collars, food, and toys. We believe that communication is the heart of dog training and  while the tools do assist us, 90% of our training centers around the element of communication. 

Our board and train program is our most popular program. This full immersion program allows  your dog to build a strong foundation of trust and communication with our trainers, restructure their daily routines, and ensuring that they achieve their goals at their own pace. 

While we do not recommend any visitation during their program, we keep you up-to-date with videos and pictures every two to three days. Visitation during your dog’s program can cause unnecessary stress that we are looking to avoid. Our priority is your dog's comfort and to ensure that your dog reaps the full benefits of their program.

Absolutely! You play a critical role in your dog’s success after the completion of the program. As your dog is doing their work here, we are sending videos of what we are working on with your dog. Upon completion of your dog’s program, you will attend a departure lesson where we transfer the information to you so that you can implement everything at home. After this departure lesson, you will have a series of follow-up lessons that allow you to continue to come back and train with us to ensure you and your dog’s continued success!

We do not offer payment plans for any of our programs at this time. However, for our board and train program, we do require a 30% deposit at the time of booking your dog’s stay with us. The rest of the payment is not due until your pick-up date. This is a non-refundable deposit as we are blocking a month of our time for your dog, but we always allow clients to switch their program dates in the event of an emergency.
